LLC "Eurasian Instruments" has been producing high-quality products for the express analysis of molten metal parameters for metallurgical enterprises for over 16 years. Among the consumers of the products are such metallurgical companies as PJSC "NLMK" (Lipetsk), LLC "PromSort-Tula" (Tula), JSC "PNTZ" (Pervouralsk), JSC "TEMPO" (Naberezhnye Chelny), OJSC "BMZ" – managing company of the "BMK" holding (Zhlobin, Republic of Belarus), JSC "Oskol Electrometallurgical Plant" (Stary Oskol), and others.

In 2024, LLC "Eurasian Instruments" opened a new production facility and introduced new technological lines, thereby expanding its product range and increasing production capacity. Thanks to updated equipment, it became possible to produce products that take into account the technological features of the client. Currently, the company’s product line includes items such as interchangeable blocks for measuring temperature in various modifications, probes for measuring oxidation with different parameters for determining oxygen in molten metal, sampling blocks for pig iron, steel, and non-ferrous metals with various sampling forms, combined probes for simultaneous sampling, temperature measurement, and oxidation of the melt, as well as probes for measuring hydrogen content in molten metal. The company has also started producing various options and modifications for continuous temperature measurement in the intermediate ladle during continuous steel casting. In addition to producing products for express analysis of molten metals, the company has opened a new department for the development of instruments to determine the parameters of melts.

The company does not rest on its laurels and is constantly expanding its customer base. In February 2025, as part of testing new products for LLC "VKM-Steel" (Saransk), LLC "Eurasian Instruments" conducted tests of various types of sampling devices and interchangeable blocks for multi-use temperature measurements. The performance of this product was checked at all stages of LLC "VKM-Steel" and received a positive evaluation for further use. LLC "VKM-Steel" specializes in the production of casting products for the railway, automotive, oil and gas industries, and special machinery. As a result of 2023, LLC "VKM-Steel" became a laureate of the Russian Federation Government Quality Award 2023 – the highest state award for the results of quality diagnostics and business process efficiency. In 2025, as part of production expansion, LLC "VKM-Steel" plans to launch a new precision casting workshop with the most modern high-tech equipment, which will allow producing steel and cast iron products with a high level of accuracy.

During the technical launch of one of the furnaces, LLC "Eurasian Instruments" was able to demonstrate the operation of its products. A sampling device was used to collect a metal sample for chemical analysis in the company’s laboratory; temperature was also measured using a multi-use interchangeable block – at least three times. The technological design of LLC "Eurasian Instruments" equipment allowed all operations to be carried out as quickly and safely as possible. Specialists from LLC "VKM-Steel" evaluated the advantages of the new products offered and confirmed their effectiveness for use in casting production.
