IN EVERY TON OF STEEL.

EVRAZOXYLAB EOL-12

An instrument for measuring oxygen activity in molten metals.
The instrument is designed to measure oxygen activity, temperature, carbon, aluminum, and phosphorus by measuring temperature and oxygen potential, combined with an electrochemical formula, in molten metals. The device is used in conjunction with the EVRAZOXY probe. It is compatible and interchangeable with all existing connection systems.
Purpose: Measurement of oxygen activity, temperature, carbon, aluminum, and phosphorus.
Measurement Range:
Type S: Temperature: 400 – 1760 ˚C
Type R: Temperature: 400 – 1760 ˚C
Type B: Temperature: 600 – 1820 ˚C
Oxygen potential: from -1024.0 mV to +1024.0 mV
Metal oxidation: 0-2000 ppm O2
Carbon content: 0.000%-1.999%
Aluminum content: from 0.001 to 0.199%
Accuracy:
Oxygen potential: ±1.0 mV
Temperature: ±1.0 ˚C
Carbon content: ±0.02%
Operating Conditions:
Temperature: 0-50 ˚C
Relative humidity: no more than 95%
