The combined block EVRAZKOMB – TSO is a multifunctional device for monitoring and measuring the parameters of molten metals. Our product is specifically designed for use in oxygen converters and provides accurate and reliable results. The combined block EVRAZKOMB – TSO allows measuring temperature, oxygen activity, and sampling molten metals. Wide measurement range: from 1 to 2000 ppm O₂ for metal oxidation, from 1400 to 1800°C for metal temperature, and from 0.010 to 0.200% for carbon content, aluminum content from 0.001 to 0.199%. We guarantee high measurement accuracy, close to zero, with an error of ±3°C at 1554°C and (from 5 to 10) mV, depending on the oxygen activity level.
The combined block EVRAZKOMB – TSO offers various forms of sampled metal, including a circle with a diameter of 34 mm and a thickness of 12 mm, as well as an oval with a diameter of 34 mm, a length of 42 mm, and a thickness of 12 mm. You can choose a suitable deoxidizer from three options: no deoxidizer, aluminum, zirconium, or titanium.

Measurement time is 8 seconds. The tube length can be individually adjusted from 100 to 2500 mm. You can also select a suitable slag cap from steel, aluminum, copper, or cardboard material. The combined block EVRAZKOMB – TSO supports various types of thermocouples, including B, S ensuring flexibility and compatibility with different systems and requirements.
