On November 18, 2025, a round table "Quality and customer orientation" was held at the My Business center in the Lipetsk region, dedicated to World Quality Day. The event brought together managers and specialists of successful companies in the region to share practical experience.
Quality is the basis of competitiveness
In his opening remarks, Anatoly Goltsov, President of the Lipetsk CCI, emphasized:
"Quality is not only the foundation of competitiveness, but also the foundation of doing business. The fact that the best specialists from the region have gathered today to share their experiences is the best proof that quality is the cornerstone of economic well—being."
The moderator of the event, Sergey Chertov, an expert on Government quality awards, noted the practical orientation of the meeting.:
"The purpose of such events is to bring pressing issues to open discussion and jointly look for ways to solve them. In a market economy, the customer is put at the forefront."
Successful cases of Lipetsk enterprises
Representatives of the companies shared their unique experience:
— Angel East Rus LLC — features of working with Chinese partners
— ROSSETI-Digital LLC — building customer orientation based on needs analysis
— JSC "Yeletsgidroagregat" — a double view of quality as a producer and consumer
— Universal LLC — the specifics of customer orientation in catering
There was also a discussion of other topics within the framework of the round table.
Technological sovereignty as a national objective
Of particular interest was the interview of Evgeny Yudin, General Director of Eurasian Devices, and the report of his company, Eurasian Devices LLC. An enterprise producing high-precision instruments for metallurgy demonstrates in practice the relationship between quality and technological independence.
"The quality requirements in our products are extremely high. These are disposable products," explained Evgeny Yudin. — How did the quality affect? We have gained a customer base, have become recognizable in the market, have grown to a federal company, and are planning to enter international markets."
During its report, EURASIAN DEVICES LLC highlighted the following main problem that may affect metallurgy in the near future: a lack of adequate volume of key components from a domestic manufacturer, for full-cycle plants of products measuring the temperature of molten metals, due to reduced demand and the purchase of cheaper imported analogues by competitors. In the absence of proper attention to this issue, the Russian metallurgy industry may face a shortage of basic products for the production of thermocouples, which may lead to a delay in time, quality, and even production stoppage.
The company has proposed specific solutions:
— Development of the law on technological safety
— Restriction of purchases from foreign companies withdrawing competencies from the Russian Federation
— Clear labeling of the degree of localization of products
Results and prospects
The event became a practical platform for finding new tools to improve business efficiency. The participants noted the importance of continuing such meetings to strengthen the positions of Lipetsk enterprises at the federal and international levels.
